The 3 Regions of the Island of Visayas

The 3 regions of Visayas are:

* Western Visayas (Reg 6) with regional center at Iloilo City has 8 LGUs. They are Aklan, Antique, Bacolod City, Capiz, Guimaras, Iloilo, Iloilo City, and Negros Occidental.

* Central Visayas (Reg 7) with regional center at Cebu City has 7 LGUs. They are Bohol, Cebu, Cebu City, Lapu-lapu City, Mandaue City, Negros Oriental, and Siquijor.

* Eastern Visayas (Reg 8) with regional center at Tacloban City has 8 LGUs. They are Biliran, Eastern Samar, Leyte, Northern Samar, Ormoc City, Samar, Southern Leyte, and Tacloban City.
